In Windows 8 and RT it is possible to change the language without paying additional costs. Just download the language pack you want via the Control Panel. On my case change Japanese to English.

Based on the error message you might think it is related with the tables/database but in my experience the cause was previous failed installation of JoomGallery.

The Epsilon rocket (formerly Advanced Solid Rocket) is a Japanese solid-fuel rocket designed to launch scientific satellites. It is a follow on project to the larger and more expensive M-V rocket which was retired in 2006. The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) began developing the Epsilon in 2007. It will be capable of launching a satellite weighing 1.2 tonnes into low earth orbit.

Do not be a stranger in your own country.
It really feels strange for my case where I was able to go to various places in Japan while I haven't visited many places within my own country. My decision to visit Mindanao, the only place among the three main geographical divisions of the Philippines I haven't visited, on my vacation was sudden but I have been thinking of visiting Mindanao before.

At the start of 2013 I had to make a decision that will affect my career. Decide to take a project which will let me stay in Japan a little more but in a far prefecture from my current place or refuse to take the project and go back to Manila. It was among the longest nights of my life in Japan. I was not able to sleep well.

After adding a Downloads page I added a module for tweets. My first choice was Twitter FollowMe by Herdboy Web Design but I cannot install it successfully.
Twitter Show by Plimun is an awesome joomla module to display your tweets with many features including choosing the colors that match your website theme. Setup and configuration was easy. I think what will take time is the selection of colors only. I configured it to appear only on the "About This Website" page.
