When I tried to install Windows 2008 Server R2 guest OS virtual machine on a 64-bit computer I got the error messages saying my computer does not support 64-bit operating system.
Oracle VirtualBox - VT-x features locked or unavailable MSR. (VERR_VMX_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED)
VMware Player - This host is VT-capable, but VT is disabled.
VT might be disabled if it has been disabled in BIOS settings or the host has not been power-cycled since changing this setting.
Windows Hyper-V - The virtual machine could not be started because hypervisor is not running.
